Each assessment is tailored to deliver comprehensive and individualized care and to address any questions and concerns you may have. Nutrition classes are intended to be a welcoming and safe environment where participants can interact with each other and a Registered Dietitian. Classes will provide education and discussion while allowing plenty of time for questions and interaction. Our goal is for participants to feel connected and empowered with strategies and information to support their nutrition goals.

Please note: while questions are welcomed and encouraged during classes, an individualized assessment will not be provided within the group setting. If you have specific questions or concerns please reach out to schedule an initial assessment. Thank you!
